If we don’t define the faith, and the Jesus we serve, how can anyone be saved? My Granny was a Baptist deaconess, my mom’s side full of witchcraft and new age. I see so much of the struggle and confusion I faced reflected in the wavering of the modern church. Do you ever feel confused about what you believe? Do you find yourself “evangelizing” without ever sharing the gospel? Cessationism is a false teaching, but not all charismatic teachings or practices are defensible. Progressive theology doesn’t even look like Christianity, and it’s getting people demonized! Brothers and sisters are falling away, and people are being “led to Christ” in a revolving door.
